Four Business Economics Students visit Zhejiang Shuren University, China for a Chinese Language Training Program
Four final year students of the Department of Business Economics along with six other students from the Departments of Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura visited Zhejiang Shuren University in China for a training programme on Chinese language in line with the One Belt and Road strategy. This training program has been designed for the students to learn Chinese language, to be familiar with Chinese business practices, to develop trade co-operation, to strengthen cultural relationships between the two nations under the terms of MoU signed between Zhejiang Shuren University and University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This was a two month program which was commenced on 26th of November, 2018.
Department of Entrepreneurship coordinated this program and the following ten students were enrolled in the programme with the approval of the Dean, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce and the Vice Chancellor, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
