Rupika Senadheera is a senior lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Rupika Senadheera earned her Ph.D. from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka 2015. Her research interests focus on business ethics, entrepreneurship, nd management.
