Personal Details

Prof. Hemamalie Gunatilake, has 28 years of teaching experience at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Her research interests are gender and inequalities at work and managing organizational change. She teaches Principles of Management, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Change and Development and Qualitative Research Methods. She is the former Director of the Centre for Gender Equity and Equality (GEE) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and the Centre for Gender Equity/Equality of the University Grants Commission.
