Personal Details
Risini Ilangasinha is a Senior Lecturer in Business Management, Organisational Behaviour and Organisational Change and Development. She graduated with a first class in her B.Sc. Business Administration (Special) degree and completed her M.Sc. in Management at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK.

Currently, she is reading for her PhD at the Faculty of Business and Law of the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia. Her research interests lie in the areas of Work, Identity, Gender and Human Geography. While reading for her PhD, she is also serving as a Sessional Academic at QUT (since 2021) and engaged in the courses BSB399 Business Capstone and BSB250 Business Citizenship.
