Personal Details

Ms. Nikeshala Weerasekara serves in the Department of Business Administration in the capacity of a lecturer and currently conducts lectures in the areas of Business Ethics & CSR, Organisational Behavior and Management. Prior to joining the department Ms. Weerasekara served in the banking sector covering multiple areas of both public and private banks.

  • Masters of Philosophy in Management and Business Studies, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo.
  • Master of Financial Economics (Merit Pass), University of Colombo.
  • BSc. Business Administration (Special) Degree (First class), University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
  • ACMA- Charted Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.
  • Associate member in Charted Global Management Accountants (CGMA).
  • Diploma in Banking and Finance, Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL).
