Undergraduate Research Day 2020 — Department of Business Administration

Under the theme of Managing Work in Contemporary Organisations, the Department of Business Administration conducted the first Undergraduate Research Day of the Department on Wednesday, the 12th February 2020, at the Faculty premises. Senior Professor H.H.D.N.P. Opatha delivered the keynote speech of the Undergraduate Research Day 2020 and the event was graced by Dean of the Faculty, Heads and academic members of the Departments and undergraduates of the Department of Business Administration. The Research Day was funded by AHEAD ELTA-ELSE Project, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Undergraduate Research Day 2020, was Chaired by Dr. M.D. Pushpakumari, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Business Administration. The organizing committee was composed of Ms. A.V. Kaushalya (the Coordinator) and Mr. M.M.N. Chathuranga, Ms. P.N. Gamaethige, Ms. L.W.H.K. Bandara and Ms. M.A.K.U. Madhuwanthi. The following extended abstracts were presented at the Research Day and published in the proceedings of Undergraduate Research Day 2020.
