Gold Medal for Best Research paper

Research paper titled “Can e-servicescapes improve student engagement?” presented by Ms.H.D.H.C Dassanayake (Lecturer – probationary attached to the Department of Decision Sciences) won the Gold Medal for Best Research Paper at the 32^nd Annual Conference of Asian Association of Open Universities -2018. The conference was organized by the Asian Association of Open Universities and was held from 24^th to 26^th of October 2018 at Melia Hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam.
