A guest lecture on “Supply Chain Management Practices in Sri Lanka”

A guest lecture on “Supply Chain Management Practices in Sri Lanka” was held on 24th June 2019 with the objective of enhancing the undergraduates’ knowledge on practical applications of Supply Chain Management related techniques in Sri Lanka. This was organized by the Department of Decision Sciences as a partial requirement of DSC 2342 Supply Chain Management course which is being conducted for the second year students who are reading for BSc Operations and Technology Management (Special) Degree. The resource person of the session was Mr Ramindu Liyanage, the Supply Planning Manager of Hemas Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd. The immense support given by Hemas Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd and the resource person to organize the session and to make the session interactive and live should be mentioned as an appreciation.
