Estate Management and Valuation (Special) Degree programme completed a field-based assignment at Athukorala Group Private Limited, Pitigala under the subject of EMV EMV 4342, Real Estate Development and Management. The focused of the assignment is to understand the development process of agricultural site and its impact on the value of a property.
