Bloomberg Visit

Joel Pannikot, who is responsible for managing the education vertical for Bloomberg L.P., the world’s largest decision support platform for governments and corporations, paid a visit to the Department of Finance on the 12^th of August 2015 in relation to the CFA Research Challenge 2015.

The following areas were addressed in the meeting:

1. The strategic value the CFA Institute and Bloomberg bring to the University, and how they can enhance their competitiveness locally and visibility globally.
2. How the university can use the Bloomberg Terminal effectively for learning the CFA curriculum and connecting theory with market practices.
3. How the team participating in the CFA Research Challenge can make the best use of their Bloomberg access to do well in the challenge.
