1st Undergraduate Research Symposium on Human Resource Management

The 1st Undergraduate Research Symposium on Human Resource Management was held at the Old Faculty Board Room, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC) on 26th February 2020. The purpose of the symposium was to provide a platform for recently graduated students to present their undergraduate research and to share the findings with their juniors, industrial persons and academics.

The Keynote Speaker for the event was Senior Professor Dr. H.H.D.N.P. Opatha. Dr. U. Anura Kumara (then Dean of the FMSC), academic staff and undergraduates of the Department graced the event with their presence.

Twelve (12) selected papers of the graduates were presented at the symposium and were published in the proceedings of the symposium.
