In order to gain exposure to HRM practices, it is a compulsory component of the degree that undergraduates embark on practical training which carries 06 credits, in a private or government sector organization for a minimum period of six months. The trainees would be attached to an HRM or personnel division of an organization for that period. The Department maintains close relations with the industry and our HRM graduates are highly regarded by the business community. The sole purpose of this is to allow the undergraduates to gain exposure to real HRM practices and to gain hands on experience.
