ME-Expo 2019: Industrial Exhibition of Innovations organized by the Department of Business Economics was successfully held on the 12th March 2019 at the university premises.
Undergraduates from six departments of the faculty presented 61 innovative product/service concepts in the exhibition. Student groups were required to develop a concept of an innovation as a solution to a current market gap. Thereafter, they had to conduct a market survey and in-depth analysis on demand estimation for the new product.
The objective of this event was to enhance the knowledge on the application of managerial economics tools in organizations’ decision making in a dynamic environment while improving the analytical skills and data presentation skills of the students.
