Pre-Orientation Intensive Course in English – Intake 2017/18
The Pre-Orientation Intensive Course in English 2018 conducted by the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura will be held from 15th October to 02nd November 2018.
The following students have been selected for the mentioned course based on their performance at the Selection Test in English conducted by the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce on 27th September 2018.
This is a three-week course and it comprises basic knowledge and skills in the English language. It has been designed to prepare you to start your studies in the English medium and this course will be followed by the Orientation Programme and the degree programme.
This is a full-time course and lectures will be conducted on weekdays and Saturdays from 7.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. All the selected students will be provided with temporary hostel facilities during the Intensive Course in English. Arrangements are being made for those who wish to come to the hostel on 14th October 2018 (Sunday) evening. (Female Hostel: Venerable Piyarathana Nayaka Thero Memorial Hostel/ Male Hotel: Professor Jinadasa Perera Memorial Hostel)
You are requested to come to Prof. R. A. A. Perera Hall of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura on 15th October 2018 by 7:30am for the Inauguration Ceremony.
Please note that it is compulsory for you to participate in the Pre-Orientation Intensive Course in English.
