Stakeholder Consultation on Curriculum Review and Development

In aligning with the ongoing Faculty Curriculum Review process, the Department of Public Administration has successfully concluded a Stakeholder Consultation on Curriculum Review and Development on 9th September 2019 at the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA). Scholars and professionals representing both the public and private sector organizations and few alumni members were invited for the session to have a productive discussion with the academic staff members of the Department. The participants emphasized on the expected graduate attributes, skills gaps among the graduates, industry trends and proposed novel subjects to be included in the curriculum. The discussion was moderated by the Head of the Department, Dr. Pavithra Madhuwanthi. This consultation session was funded by the AHEAD Project of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce.
