Staff Development Programme on PLS-SEM
Staff Development Programme of Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce organized a one day Workshop on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and the application of Partial Least Squares (PLS) in Developing Country Research on 9th December 2016 from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm at ITRC. The resource person for this session was Prof. Jayaraman Krishnaswamy, the Keynote Speaker and Industry Forum Panelist at ICBM 2016, representing Taylor’s Business School (TBS), Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Dr. Harendra Kariyawasam, Coordinator of the Staff Development Programme and many other academic staff members of the Faculty participated to this session. The interest displayed by these academic staff members for this session was noticeable.
