Mr. Mohan Thanthirige, Senior Vice President and Group Financial Controller; John Keells Holdings PLC, conducted a session on: \u2018The Transformation in the Accounting Profession: Mind-set Change and Enabling Skills\u2019 <\/a>under the Personal and Professional Development Programme offered for the second-year undergraduates of the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, on 14th September 2023.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He emphasized the mind-set changes that are required, and the enabling skills to be developed by students, to position themselves when aspiring for a particular position in a business organization. He stated that, the accounting profession is still a rewarding profession and a profession in-demand. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
