ECONINSIGHT \u2013 A Decade of Resounding Success<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

ECONINSIGHT 2025<\/strong> marked a significant milestone in the journey of academic enrichment for G.C.E. Advanced Level students pursuing economics. This educational initiative was organised for the 10th consecutive year<\/strong> by the Business Economics Students\u2019 Association (BIZCON)<\/strong> of the Department of Business Economics<\/strong> of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.<\/p>\n\n

This event was held on the 30th of April 2025<\/strong> from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm<\/strong>, in three venues simultaneously: Bandaranaike Hall<\/strong>, Fayol Hall<\/strong>, and the SBM Hall<\/strong>. This program recorded a historic level of student participation, with over 2300 students<\/strong> representing 50 schools<\/strong> from Colombo<\/strong>, Kalutara<\/strong>, and Gampaha<\/strong> districts.<\/p>\n\n

ECONINSIGHT 2025<\/strong> featured interactive sessions conducted by renowned senior lecturers from the Department of Business Economics, aimed at deepening students\u2019 understanding of economics.<\/p>\n\n

Following the academic sessions, the departmental undergraduates thoughtfully arranged a comprehensive university tour, which provided students with an opportunity to explore the university while envisioning their academic futures.<\/p>\n\n

The decade of impact through this program, ECONINSIGHT<\/strong>, showcases the Department\u2019s enduring commitment and dedication in shaping the future of education in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

ECONINSIGHT 2025, organised by the Business Economics Students\u2019 Association (BIZCON), marked the 10th consecutive year of the Department\u2019s flagship educational initiative for G.C.E. Advanced Level Economics students.
