The award recognises outstanding undergraduates who demonstrate excellence in academics, extracurricular activities, and leadership. Pawanya\u2019s versatility and exceptional all-round performance earned her this prestigious recognition.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>Anujini Perera<\/strong>, also a final-year undergraduate of the Department, was named <strong>Second Runner-Up<\/strong> for the BESA Award. This achievement reflects her strong academic, extracurricular, and leadership capabilities.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Adding to the Department\u2019s success, <strong>EconInsight 2025<\/strong>, the annual outreach initiative of the Business Economics Students\u2019 Association, was awarded <strong>Second Runner-Up for Best CSR Project<\/strong>.
