This session was organized under the BEC 2045: Career Development Training course and it was an open session for all the students of the university.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Ashcharya Peiris is\u00a0Sri Lanka&#8217;s one and only visually impaired\u00a0fashion designer who is among the recipients of \u201cSri Lanka\u2019s 10 Most Remarkable Women\u201d awards presented by the Independent Television Network (ITN), on International Women\u2019s Day 2017 for her contribution towards the nation.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Ashcharya is an experienced speaker who has conducted motivational sessions for a number of established business firms in Sri Lanka and still continuing to expand her vision to the widest possible audience.<\/p>\n<p>During the session she spoke about how to embrace the challenges and reach
