T<\/span>he UNPRME<\/span> (United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education) SIP (Sharing Information on Progress) report is a key reporting mechanism for institutions that are signatories to the PRME initiative, which aims to inspire and advance responsible management education, research, and thought leadership globally. As the Department of Business Administration at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, which has obtained accreditation from UNPRME, our purpose in preparing the SIP report is to demonstrate our commitment to the PRME principles by integrating responsible management and sustainability into our curriculum, research, and operations. The report serves as a transparent account of our efforts, showcasing our achievements and challenges, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
