{"id":2010,"date":"2019-01-27T11:33:06","date_gmt":"2019-01-27T06:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mgt.sjp.ac.lk\/bus\/?p=2010"},"modified":"2019-12-21T11:38:45","modified_gmt":"2019-12-21T06:08:45","slug":"guest-lecture-mpq-mega-group-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mgt.sjp.ac.lk\/bus\/guest-lecture-mpq-mega-group-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Guest Lecture-MPQ Mega Group 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The students of Mega Group 1 &#8211; Department of Business Administration of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of University of Sri Jayewardenepura organized a guest lecture under the title \u201cManufacturing Insights and Productivity Improvement\u201d on Friday, the 25th of January 2019. The lecture was conducted by well-known personnel; the Supply Chain Capability Development Manager of Coca-Cola Beverages Sri Lanka Ltd. and a visiting lecturer of the University of Colombo, Mr. Manone Perera. The aim of this guest lecture was to provide a clear understanding on how to enhance the productivity of an organization beyond the traditional methods of doing the same as well as assisting the students who are reading for the course \u201cManaging for Productivity and Quality\u201d under Department of Business Administration. The guest lecture was open to everyone and about 200 students participated for the programme.
