The Cluster for Organisation and Society, which is attached to the Research Centre for Business Management (RCBM) of the Department of Business Administration, conducted its second academic research session on Tuesday, 9 August 2022 from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon via Zoom. The article titled \u201cBecoming an \u201cowner\u201d in a learner-centered context: a Sri Lankan experience at a postgraduate taught course in management and technology\u201d was taken into the discussion. The discussion was facilitated by the authors of the research article, Prof. Hemamalie Gunatilaka and Dr. Dushan Jayawickrama. The academic members of the department participated in the discussion and contributed to developing a very constructive discussion on \u201cLearner-centered pedagogy\u201d which was the core of the article.
