The first programme was collaborated with the support of Student Support Center &#8211; FMSC,USJ unleashed on the 27<sup>th<\/sup> of May 2021 via Zoom Meeting Platform from 04.00pm onwards where a temporal discussion about \u2018how to train your brain to cope with the pandemic\u2019 which was ideal for students to uplift their mental wellbeing during this hard time. The resource person for the evening was Dr. Pushpakumara Kandapola Arachchige who is a famous consultant Psychiatrist of Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama.
