Sri Lankan Journal of Real Estate<\/span><\/h3>\r\nSri Lankan Journal of Real Estate is a refereed journal published by the Department of Estate Management and Valuation -Center for Real Estate Studies, biannually in July and December. Papers received on or before 15th of March and 15th of October in every year are considered for the publication of the year.\r\n\r\nThe scope of the journal covers Real Estate, Land Economics, Urban Development, Agricultural Valuation, Property Valuation and Construction-related Research.\r\n

                Submission Procedure<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n
                  \r\n \t
                • Sri Lankan Journal of Real Estate welcomes original research articles (6000-8000 words) and case studies (3000-4000 words) from prospective researchers.<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Language of the journal is English or Sinhala<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Articles must include an abstract (not more than 150 words) with appropriate keywords (not more than 05 words), body of text and a list of references (preferably less than 15 core references)<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Authors of the manuscript should indicate the full name(s), affiliations and contact details (TP numbers and e-mail addresses) after the abstract<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Figures and tables are permitted only in black and white and limited space will be allocated for figures and tables<\/li>\r\n \t
                • All citations within the text and the list of references should be made according to the \u201cHarvard Method\u201d<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Manuscript of research papers\/articles, which ensure a high accuracy of language (grammar, punctuation, spellings etc) should be typed in double-spacing on one side of A4 papers using 12 font size of Times New Roman<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Manuscript should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief of the journal in triplicate by post with a soft copy in MS Word or via email<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Subsequent to a blind review of each manuscript, comments of reviewer(s) and the decision of the Editorial Board will be made available to the respective author(s)<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Once a paper\/article is accepted for publication in the journal, two copies of the paper\/ article should be submitted along with a soft copy in MS Word for formatting<\/li>\r\n \t
                • Once a paper is accepted, the authors cannot republish it without prior permission of the Department<\/li>\r\n \t
