degree-awarding institute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">or<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree (SLQF 5\/SLQF 6) from a recognized university or degree-awarding institution, along with two years of relevant post-qualification experience or prior learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">or<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A qualification equivalent to SLQF 6 or above in the valuation, real estate, property or other relevant discipline from a recognized university, degree-awarding institute, or professional institute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">or<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A qualification (member) from a professional institute equivalent to SLQF 6 or above from a recognized professional institute, along with <strong>four years<\/strong> of Dip\u00a0in REMV must be made through the\u00a0 new student registration system of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce (FMSC). The applicant must follows the following instructions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter your personal details and save them<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to enter other details<\/li>\n<li>Upload certified copies of all documents in the \u201cUpload\u201d section<\/li>\n<li>Once you have completed all the information, submit your application<\/li>\n<li>You must submit the application to proceed with the process<\/li>\n<li>After submitting the application, you cannot edit it<\/li>\n<li>Only one application per program per NIC number is allowed<\/li>\n<li>Submit your application on or before the
