Estate Management and Valuation (Special) Degree has been accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK (RICS) for all intakes from 1st July 2018 to 1st July 2023 in the year 2018.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>IVSL Accreditation<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka is another professional body that students can enroll in and improve the practical experience related to land and property valuation. The B.Sc.
