Prathapasinghe FRICS, Chartered Valuation Surveyor, Secretary of RICS Sri Lanka and Managing Director of Prathap Chartered Valuation and Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. This lecture was organized under the EMV 3345: Advanced Valuation (Practical Report) module for the EMV undergraduates of degree part III and held at the department premises on 21st of June 2022 from 09.00am to 12.00noon.
