The journal was formerly known as Sri Lankan Journal of Real Estate, which has been published under the same authority since 2006.\u00a0 The journal is currently indexed in EBSCOhost databases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Articles featured in Volume 21, Issue 02 (2024) include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. &#8220;Defining Urban Green Spaces in the Colombo District across Multiple Uses&#8221; by Yasheema Kumuduni, and K.
