(Honours) in Real Estate Management and Valuation<\/strong> programme, marking an important milestone in the academic and professional development of its undergraduate students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The internship forms a <strong>core and integral component<\/strong> of the degree programme, offering students valuable exposure to the real estate and valuation industry. Through this structured placement, students engaged in professional practice, gained hands-on industry experience, and effectively bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. The viva examination provided an opportunity for students to critically reflect on their learning experiences, professional conduct, and the practical skills developed during the internship period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Department extends its <strong>sincere appreciation<\/strong> to all <strong>internship supervisors, industry professionals, and host organizations<\/strong> for their invaluable support and commitment throughout this process.
