(Honours) in Real Estate Management and Valuation<\/strong> programme. \ud83c\udf93<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this achievement, the <strong>2020\/21 Batch<\/strong> has now fulfilled all academic requirements of the degree programme, marking a significant milestone in their undergraduate journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Independent Research Report represents a key component of the programme, demonstrating students\u2019 ability to apply rigorous research methodologies, critical analysis, and discipline-specific knowledge to address practical and contemporary issues in the real estate and valuation sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Department extends its sincere congratulations to all students on this notable accomplishment.
