The Financial Services Academy is the education, training and research arm of the SEC which is committed towards capital market development through investor education and creation of awareness in the capital market amongst the Sri Lankan public.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SEC awards the student who obtains the highest average marks for the capital market related subjects in the B.Sc. Honours in Finance degree programme securing a First class or a Second class (upper division) pass at the annual convocation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
