Student Conference in\nFinance is an annual event of the department which showcases the research\nstudies conducted by final year students of the department. At the conference, fifteen\nstudents who conducted the research study as a part of their degree program in\n2019\/2020 presented their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Guest for this event was the Vice Chanceller, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Snr Prof. Sudantha Liyanage and the guest of Honour was the Dean, FMSC Prof. P D Nimal. The keynote speech was delivered by Senior Professor Hareendra Dissabandara, Department of Finance, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, USJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The academic staff members of the Department of Finance, Industry participants, third year and final year undergraduates of the department actively participated to the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
