T<\/em>he HRM Scintilla, is the official annual event organized by the Department and the HRM Family with mutual understanding which, is aimed to promote the insight of the HRM to the word.<\/p>\n

O<\/em>ur HRM undergraduates, are having different unique talents to utilize theoretical and practical insights of HRM using different teaching and learning strategies such as organizing guest lectures, workshops, factory visits and industrial plants, organizing outbound and other trainings, small group teaching, role playing, professional presentations, and case analysis. Therefore, their capability of HRM has demolished the traditional boundaries and has constructed the new theories and practices for the purpose of enhancing the HRM field. The new strategy focusing the strategic direction of the Department has planed to conduct an annual event comprising different themes, called the HRM Scintilla.<\/p>\n
