Special Degree in HRM with First or Second Class (Upper Division) and MSc in HRM from a recognized University.<\/p>\n<p>Preference will be given to candidates with PhD in HRM\/HR Analytics and have recognized relevant publications of high quality and experience of at least 06 years for Senior Lecturer grade II and at least 12 years for Senior Lecturer grade I in relevant teaching\/research\/professional work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LECTURER (PROBATIONARY)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BSc.
