The intention of launching this type of periodical on HRM is to introduce the concept of &#8220;Snack Reading-means short regular reading sessions&#8221; to the students and the practitioners in the field of HRM in Sri Lanka. Hopefully, this periodical may be more popular among the people who are very busy with their daily routines but still eagerly inquisitive about the emerging and novel concepts in the area of HRM.
