A motivational program for the Advance Level students of Dharmaraja College, Piliyandala was successfully organized by the Department of Human Resource Management with the initiative of Professor Aruna S. Gamage. The event was held on 16th<\/sup> August 2023, this event included a university tour together with a motivational program held at the Bandaranayaka Hall of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. More than 50 students along with their teachers participated in the event. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Dushan Jayawickrama, dean of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This program was initiated by Professor Aruna S. Gamage, and coordinated by Ms. Ishani Uresha together with the Students\u2019 Association of the Department of Human Resource Management (HRM Family).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
