On 30th of July 2026, the second-year undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management ,successfully conducted a special Yoga Session as part of their group assignment under the HRM 2270 Self and Professional Development course .The session was conducted by Yoga Guru Mr. G. I. U. Perera and shared his knowledge and experience of yoga with the participants through practical demonstrations and guided activities, students were introduced to appropriate yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and mindfulness practices. The main purpose of organizing this session was\u00a0 to students actively participated in the yoga practices and gained practical experience in maintaining physical balance, concentration, relaxation, and mental awareness. The activities created a calm and positive environment where students could temporarily move away from their academic pressures and focus on their well-being. This YOGA session was a valuable and memorable learning experience for the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
