About this Event

The fourth “BIS Student Symposium” organized by the Department of Information Technology will be held on Thursday, the 21st of September 2023 starting from 1.00 pm onwards at New Faculty Board Room, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. The event is organized with the objective of providing the students a platform to engage, showcase and contemplate on the more socially conscious and applied avenues of Information Systems and Management education.

The symposium will consist of 2 main tracks showcasing extended abstracts and projects presented by the undergraduates of the department. The event will be conducted with the participation of undergraduates, university academic staff members and practitioners of the industry.
