DESCRIPTION:4th Business Information Systems Student Symposium (BISSS) on 21st September 2023\nBusiness Information Systems Student Symposium (BISSS) which is organized by the Department of Information Technology for the fourth consecutive year will be held on 21st September 2023 from 1.00 pm onwards at New Faculty Boardroom\, FMSC\, USJ. This event showcases the research and application development projects of  the students who have completed their final year research and application development project courses with “A” or higher grades during the past academic year. The event  is organized with the expectation of  motivating the present undergraduates to excel in the research and application development projects in the future. Moreover\, this is an opportunity for the final year undergraduates to earn a publication during their studentship while receiving an expert opinion on their research and application development work. \nThis year the Keynote speech will be delivered by Dr. Dakshi Kapugama\, Principal Business Intelligence Officer – Insights & Digital\, Department of Energy and Public Works\, Queensland Government\, Australia while the Plenary speech will be delivered by Mr. Jehan Perinpanayagam\, CEO\, Infomate Pvt. Ltd. / Chairman\, SLASSCOM / Chairman\, ACCA Member network panel\, ACCA Sri Lanka. The event  is organized with the expectation of  motivating the present undergraduates to excel in the research and application development projects in the future.
