{"id":3099,"date":"2023-07-30T19:13:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-30T13:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mgt.sjp.ac.lk\/itc\/?p=3099"},"modified":"2023-08-14T09:18:31","modified_gmt":"2023-08-14T03:48:31","slug":"dit-students-win-at-inter-university-cyber-security-quiz-competition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mgt.sjp.ac.lk\/itc\/dit-students-win-at-inter-university-cyber-security-quiz-competition\/","title":{"rendered":"DIT students win at Inter-University Cyber Security Quiz Competition"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Four remarkably talented first-year students from the Department of Information Technology have been selected to represent the university in the semi-final rounds of &#8216;CyberZee&#8217;23,&#8217; an Inter-University Cyber Security Quiz Competition organized by the University of Kelaniya ISACA Student Group.<br><br>In the initial round, which took place on 16th July 2023, more than 40 teams from both state and private universities across the country participated. Among them, the DIT Team stood out and secured a spot among the<strong> top 10 teams<\/strong>, earning their place in the semi-finals.<br><br>The final rounds were held on 30th July 2023, and the team emerged as the winners of the &#8220;<strong>Most Popular Team<\/strong>&#8221; award in the competition.
