Mr. Fernando was recognized for his entrepreneurial prowess as the founder of IdeaCipher Pvt. Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Fernando\u2019s EdTech Startup, which he registered in 2023 has a number of successful mobile apps, which count over 700,000 downloads collectively. He obtains a steady stream of revenue from his mobile apps.
