The 9th<\/sup> episode of \u201cVibes of Marketing 2020\u201d the largest Outdoor show organized in the University arena initiated by the Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ) was unveiled a big hit on the 09th <\/sup>of January 2020. The spectacle was staged in big scale at the University ground premises exhibiting talents of creative marketing undergraduates, graduates, Alumni, Post-graduates, Diplomatists & Advanced diplomatists, toned and raised by the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.<\/p>\n

This is an iconic event of the Department and the University as it is the first ever talent show organized by a single Department in Sri Lankan university system. Since its inception, it has gained an immense reputation as it consists of an astonishing harmony of singing, dancing, acting, drawing and compering. This is organized for the purpose of uplifting the Goodwill of the Marketing Team, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce<\/a>\u00a0and University of Sri Jayewardenepura, to create a better platform for the talents of J\u2019pura Marketers, to enhance their leadership skills, organizing skills and team working and to make more stronger relationships in between Marketing Undergraduates, Marketing Diploma\/Postgraduate Students, Alumni Members and the corporate sector.<\/p>\n

The day was crowned by the presence of Senior Prof. Sudantha Liyanage, Vice-Canceller USJ; Dr. U. Anura Kumara, Dean of Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce, Prof. Amila Jayarathne, Head Department of Marketing Management, Mrs. Pavani Lakshika Cordinating Lecturer of the event including two assistant lecturers Ms. Samudrika Rasanjaree and Mr. B T K Chathuranga, all the other lecturers of the Department along with distinguished invitees namely Dr. Somarathne Dissanayake, Mr. Dukgannarala, Mrs. Duleeka Marapana, Mr. Sujeewa Priyalal, Mr. Dilantha Malagamuwa and many more including delegates from the other national universities and the corporate sector.<\/p>\n

On their 09th<\/sup> execution of VIBES, J\u2019Pura marketers exposed their true capacities, reminding the world repetitively that products of USJ aren\u2019t mere traditional outcomes, but personnel with capabilities tempered with skills, competencies and unique creativeness.<\/p>\n
