We are excited to announce the successful completion of the third phase of the Corporate Mentoring Program, organized by the Department of Marketing Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This program provided our third-year students with invaluable insights and experiences from the corporate sector, significantly enhancing their soft skills and guiding them in discovering their true interests for their future internships and careers. The exposure and mentorship received have been instrumental in preparing our students for the professional world, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A heartfelt appreciation goes to the mentors, the prestigious alumni of the Department of Marketing Management, for their unwavering support and dedication. Your contributions have been instrumental in making this program a resounding success. Your expertise and guidance have not only enriched the students’ learning experience but have also inspired them to aim higher and achieve their career goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, two feedback sessions were organized to gather insights and suggestions for future phases of the program. These sessions provided a platform for mentors and mentees to share their experiences, offer constructive feedback, and discuss potential improvements. The valuable input received during these sessions will be integral in refining and enhancing the program for future participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, we are shaping the future of our students and empowering them to reach new heights in their professional journeys. We look forward to continuing this journey of growth and learning in the subsequent phases of the Corporate Mentoring Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
