The Department of Public Administration has organized a session on \u201cEffective Research Supervision\u201d under the Lecturer Capacity Development Series of the Department, purporting to guide the young academics in developing the necessary skills and practices for high-quality research supervision. The session was on the 22nd<\/sup>\u00a0December 2025 and all the academic members of the Department participated in the session. Expert resource persons who contributed to the session were\u00a0Senior Professor (Mrs.) R L S Fernando and Professor H M A Sisira Kumara<\/strong>\u00a0of the Department. The participating academic members admired the usefulness of the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
