The event was enthused with an excellent keynote speech delivered by the Ms.Wasantha Perera, Director General of Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration. The Vice Chancellor of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, the Dean, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, the Head, Department of Public Administration and academics of the Faculty and the
