It encompasses a range of research issues relevant to the corporate sector as well as rural sector in Sri Lanka.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 11pt;\">The first article entitled \u201cEmpirical analysis of Corporate Sustainability Performance: Linkage by Japanese Firms\u2019 Environmental and Economic Performance\u201d written by K. Gunaweera and N. Kunori. The paper focuses on issues of corporate social responsibility in Japanese firms. Here they have explored CSR through the relationship between corporations\u2019 environmental and financial performance. By using published data the authors investigated eighty five (85) Japanese firms from 2008 to 2014. Accordingly, they emphasized that firm size has a significant impact on environmental performance. However, there is no significant linkage between environmental performance and economic performance.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 11pt;\">The article of \u201c Determinants of Migration and Remittance: Evidence from rural sector of Sri Lanka\u201d written by R. P. L. S. Dharmadasa and K. K. H. M. Rathnayake addresses the importance of the agricultural sector in Sri Lanka and how household level characteristic influence the decision to migrate. They conclude that education has a positive impact on keeping household member in the rural sector.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 11pt;\">The third article on \u201c360o Servitizaion as strategy for Business Growth\u201d Co-authored by S. D. S. R. Maheepala, B. M. F. Warnakulasooriya and Y. K. Weerakoon Banda, addresses business growth through an innovate business model. Using Post Positives research strategy, they exploded the issue with single case study. As per their findings, the authors highlighted the importance of all service types for business growth.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 11pt;\">Finally, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all authors for their patience, the reviewers and language editors for their invaluable services rendered to this journal a success.<\/i><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list4\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">B.J.H.
