Aims and Scope<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

The Vidyodaya Journal of Management (VJM) is a double-blind peer-reviewed publication dedicated to the exchange of the latest academic research in the broad areas of Management and Organization\u00a0Studies.\u00a0 The journal welcomes articles of interdisciplinary nature. It also encourages different methodologies and theoretical philosophical traditions which give new insights into the issues\u00a0in Management and Organization.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The VJM provides a much-needed platform showcasing practice, policy and strategy in business and management.\u00a0 We seek to publish articles from any of field as long as they demonstrate how they advance management theory and\/or practice. We welcome research that integrates theories and concepts from different disciplines and\/or has implications for practitioners and policymakers. We encourage authors to discuss the potential for societal impact in their research.\u00a0The VJM seeks to foster contributions from a range of methodological perspectives, thus we welcome qualitative and quantitative studies, mixed method research as well as theoretical review papers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.<\/p>\n

Articles submitted to the VJM should not have been published before or be in the process of being under review in another journal. The copyright of articles, review articles and case studies published in the VJM is reserved for the VJM. However, authors can obtain permission, in advance, from the Co-editors to reprint \/ reproduce either the whole or a part of the paper published in the VJM.<\/p>\n
