  • Note 01 Please note that the fields of specialisation offered in a particular academic year will be determined based on the student demand for the respective fields of specialisation (i.e., if a specific field of specialisation is to be offered in an academic year, at least ten (10) students should enrol in the respective field of specialisation).

Accounting & Finance

Year II-Semester I:

When selecting the three (03) elective courses, the students need to select at least one (01) elective course from each stream, i.e., one (01) course from Accounting stream and one (01) course from Finance stream.

The students have the option to select the remaining elective course from their own field of specialisation (either from Accounting stream or Finance stream) or from other elective courses available in Semester I (Given in Table 01).

Year II-Semester II:

Option 01 (Research) When selecting the two (02) elective courses, the students need to select at least one (01) elective course from each stream, i.e., one (01) course from Accounting stream and one (01) course from Finance stream.

Option 02 (Project Report) – When selecting the three (03) elective courses, the students need to select at least one (01) elective course from each stream, i.e., one (01) course from Accounting stream and one (01) course from Finance stream.

The students have the option to select the remaining elective course from their own field of specialisation (either from Accounting stream or Finance stream) or from other elective courses available in Semester II (Given in Table 02).

  • Note 04 Special Note to students who are following the MBA Degree Programme in the following fields of specialisation:

Year II-Semester I:

When selecting the three (03) elective courses, the students need to select at least two (02) elective courses from the elective courses available under the selected field of specialisation.

Year II-Semester II:

Option 01 (Research) – The students need to select any two (02) elective courses available under the selected field of specialisation.

MBA Programme (OLD)

Students have to earn 60 credits during the two-year period to complete a Master Degree. They have to earn 30 credits in the first year and 30 credits in the second year. The program structure is given in table 01.
