Orientation Programe for the 1st year Students

The Department of Public Administration organized an orientation programme on 20th of December 2017, for the students who have newly enrolled in the Department for the academic year 2018. The purpose of this programme was to welcome the fresh students and make them aware of the Degree Programme and the Department. The event was inspired by a motivational speech given by a reputed alumnus of the Department, Mr. Priyantha Perera, General Manager of Toyota Lanka (Pvt) Limited. Another inspirational speech was delivered by Mr. M.A.A.N.Wijenayake, one of the excellent Graduates of the Department, who is recently passed out and currently serving as the Administrative Officer in Wijaya Group (Pvt) Limited. This was a precious opportunity for newly enrolled students to move with the senior students, the Academic and Non-Academic staff of the Department.
